Your nervous system is constantly scanning for safety. Interoception is the body’s ability to sense internal signals such as tension, breath, fatigue, hunger, and emotional shifts. When this system is clear, you can respond early and regulate effectively. When it is muted or overwhelming, you may override your needs, react quickly, or feel disconnected from yourself. This 3-day series is designed to strengthen interoceptive awareness in a practical and grounded way. Day 1 focuses on noticing internal sensations without trying to change them. Day 2 focuses on separating sensation from interpretation so you can listen without judgment or urgency. Day 3 focuses on responding to your body in daily life to build self-trust and nervous system stability. These practices are trauma-informed, accessible, and designed to improve accuracy, not intensify sensation. If you struggle with overthinking, emotional reactivity, shutdown, burnout, or pushing through exhaustion, this series will help you move from override to awareness and from reaction to response.


Meet your Teacher

Kionna Howell is a Licensed Professional Counselor with specialized training in trauma treatment, EMDR, and somatic nervous system regulation. Her work centers on strengthening interoception, emotional regulation, and self-trust through body-based practices. Drawing from clinical experience and evidence-informed approaches, she teaches practical skills that help individuals move from survival patterns toward stability and embodied awareness.
