I wanted to create a meditation that's designed to support consistency,
Self-trust,
And follow through.
Rather than relying on motivation,
This meditation will guide you to reconnect with your deeper sense of commitment and inner discipline.
This practice will emphasize devotion over perfection and encourage you to just notice the steady progress through compassion and accountability.
So if you're not already,
I invite you to get comfortable and take a deep breath in through your nose and feel your feet or body supported beneath you.
This practice is not about starting over.
It's about staying with yourself.
Bring to mind a commitment you've made,
Big or small.
Notice any urge to judge,
Rush,
Or doubt.
And let's just take a moment here to let that soften.
This is a gentle reminder that consistency is not about being perfect,
It's about returning again and again.
Repeat silently,
