In this 3-day course, you will learn how your nervous system responds to stress and how to gently expand your capacity to handle life’s challenges without losing your sense of safety, control, or connection. This course combines nervous system education, somatic awareness, and guided practices designed to help you regulate your body in real time. You don’t need prior experience with meditation or therapy. You just need a willingness to listen to your body.
