Begin With A Smile
In this session we discuss the importance of creating a morning ritual that helps you connect with a sense of peace, purpose, wellbeing, and vitality. You will be guided through a meditation designed to generate positive feelings and help you approach the day with a positive outlook and a reminder to embrace the positive moments throughout the day. Begin With Presence
In this session we discuss the benefits and challenges in learning to slow down and be more present throughout the day. You’ll learn simple mindfulness practices that help bring you into the present moment and relax your mind, so that you can gain clarity, maintain poise, and engage more fully with your life and the people around you.

Begin With Intention
In this session we discuss how setting an intention at the start of the day can help give you direction and guide your actions throughout the day. You will be guided through a brief meditation which includes some general intentions and affirmations to help get you into a positive mindset and inspire you to create your own intention for the day. Lektion 4
Begin With A Clear Vision
In this session we discuss visualization as a powerful tool for starting your day when you could use some motivation, inspiration, or a boost of confidence. You will be guided through a meditation where you will be asked to visualize a positive outcome for the day to help open your mind to what’s possible and clarify what you are aiming for. Begin With Wisdom & Guidance
In this session we learn about another practice that is particularly helpful during those times when you are feeling stuck or unsure about how to move forward. You’ll be guided through a meditation where you’ll get a chance to relax your mind and access your inner wisdom and guidance through a meeting with your “inner advisor”. Music by Chris Collins

Begin With Gratitude
In this session we discuss the benefits of beginning the day with a gratitude practice. You’ll be guided through a relaxing gratitude meditation to help remind you of the good in your life, generate feelings of peace in your mind and body, and allow you to enter into the day feeling calm, content, and ready for the day ahead. Begin With Confidence
In this session we discuss the value of affirmations for interrupting negative thought patterns and increasing self-confidence. You’ll be guided through a meditation to practice releasing self-doubt and tapping into your innate sense of confidence and inner power. You’ll also receive affirmations to offer reassurance, inspiration, and a reminder of the powerful being that you are, so that you can start the day with your head held high and a greater sense of optimism and hope.
