By practicing each of these techniques, you’ll have the opportunity to discover which ones work best for you so that you can then begin incorporating them into your daily life. With a consistent practice of relaxation and stress relief, you’ll notice that you’re more at ease, you’re more focused and productive, you’ve got a better handle on your emotions, and you feel better equipped to handle stress and challenges when they arise because you know you have the tools to help you through.
