The practices are helpful. Waiting 72 hours before making any purchases and a shorter in-breath followed by a longer out-breath are two that I'm keeping close. All of the dopamine examples you give really provide clarity on my actions. Cheers to slow dopamine!

This was SO helpful, by far one of the more practical courses I’ve done here/elsewhere as I will definitely be using what I learned daily. I finished this in 3 days and already feel a difference from just pausing before being impulsive and noticing how different thoughts and actions feel in my brain and body. THANK YOU!
