If you struggle with starting tasks, finishing what you begin, feeling overwhelmed, crashing after pushing too hard, or reacting strongly to tone and feedback, this course will help you make sense of those patterns. Instead of focusing on productivity strategies or discipline, we look at ADHD through a nervous system lens. You will learn why ADHD motivation is interest-based rather than importance-based, why stress and pressure can increase focus and lead to burnout, and why emotional shifts can feel sudden and intense. By the end of this course, you will understand your ADHD nervous system more clearly and increase your awareness so you can better recognize early signs of burnout and overwhelm.
