Tonya is a certified holistic wellness guide specializing in mindfulness, breathwork, and neurodivergent well-being. With nearly two decades of personal experience living with tinnitus, she understands the emotional and mental challenges it brings. Her approach blends mindfulness meditation, nervous system regulation, and practical techniques to help others shift their relationship with sound. Through compassionate guidance, Tonya empowers individuals to find relief, acceptance, and greater ease in daily life.
