Just a stellar track. Great context and instructions. Although this was initially part of a larger course/challenge, I come back to this particular track a few times a year to remind myself of the power of laughter and to make sure I'm intentionally interjecting it into to my life.

I wake up frequently at night. This is a simple 20 minute meditation that knocks me out and I wake up refreshed . I have used this practice regularly for about a week. Every time it works like a charm
