So true i deeply resonated with your words after suffering a near death experience during brain surgery and doctors telling me i would never walk or talk again upon waking. This was an informative and gentle course that has inspired me to make more changes to support my nervous system. I can’t tell you how often I have misread my own body and the amount of shame that I have carried thinking that my body “is just a mess” as well; it’s just silly, really. This morning I drank my caffeinated tea After first eating breakfast! Wow, such a difference 🤩! I noticed immediately. Also, the last few days instead of eating my prunes before bed or after dinner, I’m eating them between 5 & 6 pm which is 3-4 hours before bedtime. Thank you so much for this course. I look forward to listening to it again soon. Namaste 🙏🏻 ✨💜
