Hello,

This is Melina and welcome to this small nervous system practice.

Now take a soft breath in through your nose and sigh it gently out through your mouth.

Now place both hands along the sides of your neck right where your ears meet your shoulders.

Begin to make small circular movements with your palms,

Massaging or gently stroking your skin,

Both sides at once,

From your ears down toward your shoulders.

You might feel a wave of warmth spreading through you.

Maybe you have to yawn.

Whatever comes up for you,

It's okay.

Take another slow,

Deep breath in and let it go with another sigh.

Let your jaw and tongue soften.

And once you're ready,

Let your hands come to rest again,

Returning to yourself,

A little softer,

A little fresher,

A little more here.
