It’s not about rigid self-optimization but about learning about your body and doing it along with it - so you can feed your nervous system, settle down your mind, and bring more stability, clarity, and ease into all aspects of your life.


Meet your Teacher

Melina Offenburger is a psychologist (M.Sc.) and mental trainer specializing in self-worth, nervous system regulation, and mindful living. With a background in psychology, mindfulness, and trauma-sensitive body-based methods, she combines scientific knowledge with practical, everyday tools. Her own experiences with PTSD and a medical condition have shown her how deeply the connection between body, nutrition, and psyche matters for healing and inner balance.

Thanks Melina. Often my body is shaking in the morning and now I know why, caffeine, sugar, no breakfast, no deep sleep the night before - blue light, it's all connected. I am always flabbergasted how's the universe seems to keep finding solutions for me! After a horrible horrible evening and night of a rabbit heartbeat and feeling like my skin is crawling all because I went out with some friends yesterday and I ate and consumed things I don't normally.
