Meet your Teacher

Melina is a psychologist, mental trainer, and mindfulness coach. In her work, she combines solid psychological knowledge with practical methods to support people on their journey toward greater self-confidence, inner clarity, and fulfilling relationships. Her approach is deeply shaped by personal experience: she once struggled to recognize and set her boundaries. Often, she adapted out of fear of not being enough or withdrew when things became overwhelming. Through intensive self-reflection and her professional expertise, she was able to transform these patterns — and today, she shares this knowledge with others. In this course, she doesn’t teach dry theory but offers practical, effective tools that help break old patterns, build inner strength, and create relationships that feel light and genuine. With her warm and authentic style, she creates a space where real change can happen.
