This course is designed to help you reduce stress, release guilt, establish healthy boundaries, and reconnect with your own needs, without feeling selfish. Through grounding practices, compassionate reflection, and practical tools, you’ll learn how to care for yourself so you can show up more fully and sustainably for others. Because your wellbeing matters too.
Helen is an accredited coach, EFT practitioner and meditation teacher. In 2006 after attending a meditation workshop she felt a calm like never before. In this module, you’ll learn a simple grounding practice to calm the nervous system, release tension, and reconnect with physical support beneath you. This quick daily reset helps reduce overwhelm and restores a sense of steadiness and strength.

Guilt is one of the biggest challenges caregivers face, especially when taking time for themselves. In this module, you’ll explore why guilt may not disappear, and why that’s okay. You’ll learn why choosing restorative time, even with guilt present, prevents deeper resentment and strengthens your relationships.

Healthy Boundaries: Protecting Your Energy
Without boundaries, burnout is inevitable. In this module, you’ll learn how to begin setting small, practical boundaries, whether that’s limiting availability, asking for support, or protecting rest time. Boundaries aren’t walls; they are ways of honoring your humanity.

Compassion Practice: Resourcing Yourself First
Caregivers often extend compassion outward while neglecting themselves. In this module, you’ll practice cultivating compassion, beginning with yourself, then extending it to those you care for, and outward to others. By resourcing your own heart first, compassion becomes sustainable rather than depleting.

Finding “Me Time”: Creating Sustainable Space
You don’t need hours of free time to begin restoring yourself. This module explores how to find small, meaningful pockets of space in daily life, even five minutes at a time. You’ll learn how consistent, intentional “me time” reduces stress, strengthens resilience, and brings balance back into caregiving.
