Lição 1
Breathing
In this lesson we will focus on the importance of breathing. Breathing is the gateway to better health. Rhythmic breathing patterns strengthen the body's chi — the vital life force energy within every being. When there is a strong flow of chi in the body, it is transformed into Shen — a word extracted from ancient Chinese medicine that translates into spirit. The more Shen you acquire, the more you are connected to the Tao.
Lição 2
Breathing Training
In today's lesson we will be focusing on consciously controlling the breath. For the next part of your training, you must stay focused to complete 7 minutes of conscious controlled Tao breathing technique: consciously control your breath through the throat muscles making a similar sound to the ocean.
Lição 3
Less Is More
Those who seek the Tao don't use ears and eyes. They look within, not without. Embracing the Tao means to joyfully live in the power of being — a richness that truly nourishes the soul. In today's lesson we will learn core principles of the Tao.
Lição 4
True Fulfillment
In today’s meditation we let go of all expectations and fully accept the moment as it is. The Tao is a concept to describe something that goes beyond our capability to define - an undefinable state within all beings to be experienced.
Lição 5
The Way Of The Tao
In today’s lesson we go deep into the core teaching of the Tao. You become one with Tao when you attune yourself to the rhythms of life, so that you can develop your talents fully. In order for anything to exist, there must be some factor in place supporting its existence. That factor is called, for lack of a better word, the Tao.
Lição 6
The Wisdom Of Water
In today’s lesson we learn the ancient wisdom of water. The ancient master Lao Tzu teaches us to be flexible with life, like water— soft and gentle, yet present and still. We are not supposed to be rigid. Being flexible with life will allow our being to adapt to the ever-changing nature of reality.
Lição 7
Go With The Flow
Lao Tzu famously wrote, “Softness triumphs over hardness, feebleness over strength. What is more malleable is always superior over that which is immovable. This is the principle of controlling things by going along with them...of mastery through adaptation.” In today’s lesson we will practice a meditation that teaches us how to live in the flow of life.
Lição 8
Wu Wei: The Art Of Non-Doing
In today’s lesson we learn the art of Wu Wei. Wu wei is the cultivation of a mental state in which our actions are quite effortlessly in alignment with the flow of life. It is a kind of “going with the flow” that is characterized by great ease and awareness, in which – without even trying – we’re able to become flexible with life.
Lição 9
Flow State
“Water is fluid, soft, and yielding. But water will wear away rock, which is rigid and cannot yield. As a rule, whatever is fluid, soft, and yielding will overcome whatever is rigid and hard. This is another paradox: what is soft is strong.” In today’s lesson we master the flow state.
Lição 10
Falling Into Emptiness
In today's lesson we learn the art of "falling into emptiness". The Tao is like a well - used but never used up. It is like the eternal void - filled with infinite possibilities. A teapot is useful not for what you can see. It is useful for what you cannot see — its emptiness. Just imagine if the teapot is built without the empty space! Where does the tea go? If there is nowhere in the teapot for the tea to go, what is the use of a teapot?
