This is a very powerful practice to optimise the mind and body. This meditation promotes heart/mind coherence through oxygenation by using power-breathing, "breathwork." Please go at your own pace and work your way up to complete all three rounds by revisiting the practice. This session is more tailored to members who have experience with breathwork. Please listen with headphones for full effect.

Transcript

There is only one pulse at the core of our beings,

Vibrating in perfect resonance,

Harmony with the universal flow,

A silent sound connecting each and every being to a greater intelligence.

When the mind is quiet and the thoughts subside,

Our inner sense is amplified,

Our pulse grows stronger.

This pulse is directly connected to your prana and chi.

Strengthening the inner energy that radiates your being,

The body is more susceptible to sickness when it has a weak pulse running through its cells.

The aim of this meditation is to strengthen the connection with your inner pulse.

We lose the ability to listen to our inner sense when we identify with the ego mind.

When we are quiet and open,

The natural flow of life moves through our bodies,

Through our beings.

The art of non-doing.

Allowing life to happen without identification.

Essential for cultivating an inner environment that allows the vibration of the body to raise.

Thoughts are not important for this practice.

The only identification is with the breath and the sensations in the body.

Take a moment to connect with the breath.

Gently close your eyes and mouth.

Let's begin this practice with some breath work to connect with the body.

Do your best to follow my lead.

If you feel like you need to stop,

Please stop and join back in when you feel comfortable.

Personally,

I like to breathe in through the mouth and out through the mouth,

But do whatever feels natural and comfortable.

Let's begin.

Breathe in through the mouth and out through the mouth.

Now exhale the last breath and hold the breath.

Let the breath go and start to take in long,

Slow conscious breaths.

Exhale the last breath and hold the breath.

I invite you now to completely be empty for a minute.

Don't give your attention to anything.

Attention is one of your super powers.

Wherever your attention goes is what we call our experience.

However attention is not who you are,

You observe attention.

You witness attention.

Where attention is being witnessed from is greater than attention.

You cannot be what you observe.

Just leave everything out.

Now you're in a space to open up.

Leave your memories.

Leave your environment.

Leave everything behind for a moment.

Begin to feel without holding onto any shape,

Any form or any matter.

Let's begin our second round of breath work.

Follow my lead.

Exhale the last breath and hold the breath.

Exhale the last breath and hold the breath.

Exhale the last breath and hold the breath.

Exhale the last breath and hold the breath.

Exhale the last breath and hold the breath.

Exhale the last breath and hold the breath.

Exhale the last breath and hold the breath.

Exhale the last breath and hold the breath.

Exhale the last breath and hold the breath.

Now exhale the last breath and hold the breath.

Hold the breath as long as you can.

Once you've released,

Start to take in long,

Deep conscious breaths.

Feel the aliveness in the body.

Go deeper and feel the cells of the body.

Feel the energy inside the cells.

Now imagine there is a pulse radiating from your heart.

Now for our final round of breath work.

Go to the beat of the music for as long as you can.

When the music changes,

Let the breath go and feel the body pulse.

Let's begin.

Exhale the last breath and hold the breath.

Exhale the last breath and hold the breath.

Exhale the last breath and hold the breath.

Exhale the last breath and hold the breath.

Now exhale the last breath and hold the breath.

And feel.

Now exhale the last breath and hold the breath.

Once you've released,

Start to take in long,

Deep conscious breaths.

Visualize a ball of light pulsating from the body and feel the body's vibration.

Stay in this feeling until you hear the sound of the bell.

Now feel.

Calm down.

Calm down eventually.

Protect your energy.

I am protected.

I am protected.

I am protected.

Calm down.

Calm down.

Calm down eventually.

Coming to the end of our practice,

Take in a few easy breaths.

I ask you now to bring your hands into pray position.

Rub your hands and feel the energy.

Now without touching,

Bring your hands to your eyes.

Transfer the energy.

When you are ready,

Gently open your eyes.
