There will come a time in our lives where we are faced with lower vibrational feelings.
And the only way to rise to the top is to find the true joy within our beings.
An important reminder to self why we are here.
Living,
Breathing,
Part of this amazing experience called life.
I can only express my truth and authentically say that I have hit rock bottom a few times.
Emotionally and mentally I was in a very dark place.
And the only thing that got me back on top,
Thriving once again,
Vibrating in love,
Radiating enthusiasm back in my zone was self belief.
The belief that I had a purpose,
Here to become experientially rich,
Learning how to compose my energy to channel into higher states of being,
Higher states of consciousness.
This gave my soul meaning,
Meaning to evolve,
To reach my full potential,
Not only as a being of light but as a student of the universe.
Our intuition always has a plan and every challenging experience on this journey is a test of our spirit.
Either to fail and start again or to triumph to a greater day.
True test of character happens in chaos,
Malfunction and dark times.
A wise man once said,
We must dance through the darkness in order to appreciate the light.
The phoenix must burn to emerge.
Being happy is a vibrational state,
Energy running through our system that excites the nervous system,
The neurons in the brain to release feel good chemicals.
We often hear about panic attacks which weakens our immune system but on the opposite spectrum there are also love attacks when we nourish the body full of love and gratitude which increases our vitality and health.
I invite you now to close your eyes and take in a deep breath.
In through the nose,
Gently releasing through the mouth.
Start to take in long,
Full,
Deep breaths.
Exhaling out any unsettled energy.
Feeling your body relax a little more with each breath.
Calmness is the precursor to true joy.
When the body is calm,
Higher energies can flow through the body.
A body that is unsettled,
Is constricted,
Stressed and is closed off to more creative,
Joyful energies.
Let's use the next few moments to really calm the body,
Starting by noticing your breath.
With each breath,
Feel your body shift into a more calming state.
Letting go,
Just relax the body.
As you open your awareness to be more spacious,
Start to feel the body.
What does the body feel like?
Be aware of the aliveness in the body.
And with each breath,
Go deeper into the body's feeling.
The word yani comes from the Sanskrit language and it means knowledge.
Not knowledge of things or objects,
But knowledge of oneself,
Who you really are.
The individual sense of I,
The I that says I am happy,
I am hungry,
I see that tree,
Is an imposter that only manifests into existence when it identifies and associates with something else.
I see that tree,
I is the subject and tree is the object.
This individual I can only exist when it is associating with something.
In order to feel true happiness,
Completeness,
Cut the I,
The subject,
From everything,
From every form,
Every perception and every memory and hold on to this inner sense.
Then it cannot subsist in isolation by itself,
It has to subside and go back to its source.
And when that happens,
It disappears and reveals the truth of who you really are.
For the rest of this practice,
Disconnect the I from every thought.
Cut off the I from every emotion.
Completely isolate your I to the inner sense of your being and just feel.
Be happy.
Be grateful for each breath.
You are alive,
Timeless in this moment.
You are infinite.
Let go of effort.
Embrace this effortless state.
Be happy.
Take in some easy breaths as we come to the end of our practice.
Embrace this energy in the body.
May the blessings of this practice promote more happiness in your life.
My name is Oscar and thank you for taking this journey with me.
