Transcript

Beyond the body is a vast space of infinite consciousness.

Exposing our attention to deeper dimensions allows us to reconnect with Source.

When we connect with Source,

We draw in cosmic energy that radiates out of our being and nourishes our soul.

In this meditation,

We will go beyond the thinking and feeling mechanism to connect with a greater intelligence that transcends all of physical reality.

Being aware of higher levels of mind allows the body to discharge unwanted stressful energy,

Restoring balance and harmony.

A wise woman once said,

When I look beyond the mind,

I see the witness.

Beyond the witness,

There is infinite intensity of emptiness and silence,

And through this silence we evolve.

Sit in any comfortable meditative posture.

Maintain a nice straight back.

Expand your chest.

Roll your shoulders back.

Place hands on your knees or palms facing up if you wish to lay down for this practice.

Gently close your eyes and mouth.

Let's start by taking in some long deep breaths.

Breathing in through the nose.

Breathing out through the nose.

Just relaxing the body into this moment.

Take a few moments to let in some long deep conscious breaths.

Nourishing yourselves with the universal life force,

Prana.

Take a few moments to oxygenate yourselves.

Breathing in through the nose.

Breathing out through the nose.

Nice gentle deep breaths.

Now let your breath go.

Allow your natural harmonious breath to take over.

Simply notice your breath.

Follow your breath.

From beginning to end.

Shift your attention into a state of awareness.

Observe the way the air comes in and out of your nostrils.

Be aware of the airflow down and up your airways.

Pay attention to the rise and fall of your abdominal region with each breath.

Notice your awareness behind your forehead.

Be aware of the blackness in this area.

This blackness is your mental screen.

Allow your dominating thoughts to appear in your screen.

Notice your thoughts from a state of awareness.

Shift your attention to a state of pure observation.

As you have the power to follow thoughts or observe thoughts.

Simply stay in a state of awareness and just see your thoughts as they appear and disappear in your mental screen.

Now be aware of your emotions.

What are you feeling right now?

Be mindful of any emotions that may arise.

Be aware of the emotions correlated with your thoughts.

Simply observe the emotions from a neutral state of awareness.

Too often we drown our being in emotions that don't serve our purpose,

That don't support our development and emotions that hold us back from being in our full potential.

By realizing you are not your emotions,

You shift your state of experience to a higher level of mind.

Emotions flow through you.

When we experience negative emotions,

Let them be.

Simply observe the emotions from a neutral state of awareness.

Lift your head keep following your consciousness.

As soon as you identify with negative emotions,

You give your power away,

Limiting your consciousness to the frequency of that emotion.

Your consciousness is limitless.

All you have to do is feel the power that dwells within you.

Suffering happens when we get involved and entangle our minds with currents of energy that move through our bodies.

The goal is to just observe your thoughts and observe your feelings,

Not to let them consume you.

Now for the rest of this practice,

Just simply watch your thoughts and embrace your feelings,

Purely from a state of observation.

If you find yourself becoming consumed,

Just shift your attention back into a state of witnessing.

Now,

If you find yourself becoming consumed,

Just shift your attention back into a state of watching.

If you find yourself becoming consumed,

Just shift your attention back into a state of watching.

If you find yourself becoming consumed,

Just shift your attention back into a state of watching.

Now,

If you find yourself becoming consumed,

Just shift your attention back into a state of watching.

Now,

If you find yourself becoming consumed,

Just shift your attention back into a state of watching.

Thank you for your teachings. I was having one of those negative days where everything just happen to go wrong.
