Presence is not something you achieve,
Rather something you become exposed to.
There is a natural alignment between you and the moment called Presence.
A powerful state of being that promotes longevity and vitality.
Allow your awareness to be centered in the here and now.
For this practice,
There is no need to worry about the future or think about the past.
The Buddha once said,
If you worry about what might be and wonder what might have been,
You will ignore what is.
What is this present moment?
Can you sense this moment?
Take a few moments to become aware of what is,
Without the distraction of your thoughts.
Just be with your breath and embrace what is.
Let's begin by finding a comfortable position.
Take a moment to ensure you are comfortable for this practice.
Maintain a nice,
Straight back,
Hands on your knees,
Or palms facing up if you wish to lay down for this practice.
Gently close your eyes and mouth.
Let's start by taking in a few deep breaths.
In through the nose.
And out through the nose.
In through the nose.
And out through the nose.
In through the nose.
And out through the nose.
Allow your breath to flow freely.
Do not interrupt or disturb the natural flow of your breath.
Follow each breath as it travels in through your nose.
And out through your nose.
What are you feeling right now?
Be aware of the sensation in your body.
Be aware of each body part.
Starting with your head.
Face.
Neck.
Back.
Front.
Arms.
Hands.
Legs.
Feet.
Feel your whole body.
Scan your body up and down.
What do you feel?
Allow each breath to bring you more awareness of your body.
Now go deeper into your body by feeling your blood.
Can you feel your blood run through your veins?
Now go deeper into your body and feel all your cells.
Feel every cell in your body.
Now go even deeper into your body by feeling the quantum body.
Feel the vibration of your atoms.
Your atoms are vibrating in a field.
This field is your presence.
Without the field,
The atoms wouldn't have any structure or form.
Your field is your energy.
Your animation.
Your consciousness.
Your presence.
This is your presence.
Thoughts are only a surface level of experience that manifest into your field of awareness.
You are not your thoughts.
Who are you in this moment?
Let go of all your concepts and ideas of who you think you are,
Which are also manifestations in your field of awareness.
Everything you see outside of you are also manifestations in your field of awareness.
Pay attention to your awareness.
Be aware of your presence.
Breathing in through the nose.
Breathing out through the nose.
In through the nose.
And out through the nose.
In through the nose.
And out through the nose.
The external world is transient and in a constant flow of change.
Ask yourself,
Who witnesses this change?
Does the witness change?
What perceives change?
Draw your attention inwardly.
Pay attention to your presence.
The sense of your aliveness.
Presence is the nectar of awareness.
Without awareness there is no observation.
Without observation there is no measurement of the external world.
Live your life but always connect to your presence.
Connecting to your presence is the journey within.
To your truth.
To your essence.
There are no answers needed when you realize there are no questions to ask.
It's rather just a natural flow of your universal expression of presence.
You are the presence that gives life to all.
Without you there is no life.
You are life.
The universe is within you.
