Part 2 of our Anxiety into Harmony series: Anxiety is an unsettled energy that disturbs the body's natural harmony. In this practice, you will be guided gently through some essential steps in managing stressful, anxious in order for you to reach a state of calmness.

Many of us feel that the script sugar is a sp味e flavor so we're going to fake it and admit it.

Anxiety is an unsettled energy in your body,

And it can disrupt your body's inner balance.

A byproduct of stress,

If left untreated this nervous energy can lead to health issues.

This nervous energy causes you to be out of alignment with the present moment,

Creating tension in between you and yourself.

This nervous energy can manifest in our minds,

Leading to excessive thinking.

In this meditation,

We will learn how to turn anxiety into harmony.

So let's begin by finding yourself.

We can do this by getting in a comfortable position for this practice.

In this position,

I'd like you to maintain a nice straight back with its natural curves,

With your hands on your knees or in a mudra of your choosing.

Now gently close your eyes and mouth.

Let's start by taking a few deep breaths.

Breathing in through the nose.

Breathing out through the nose.

In through the nose.

And out through the nose.

Repeat this three more times.

Now,

You are going to channel all your attention into your body.

What does your body feel like?

Your body's nervous system controls your state of being.

Anxious energy stems from an overactive nervous system.

And you have millions of nerve fibers running right through your body.

Your nerve fibers carry electrical impulses.

So tune your attention now within your body and feel your nerve fibers that run right through your body.

Let's start by feeling your hands.

Can you feel the nerve fibers in your hands?

Set the intention to relax your hands.

And just breathe and feel your hands relaxing.

Now move your attention to your neck.

Can you feel the nerve fibers in your neck?

Just breathe and feel your neck relaxing.

Feel your upper back relaxing.

Relax your shoulders.

Let them drop.

Give way to any tension in this area.

Just breathe.

Relax and let go.

Breathe in the essence of relaxation on your inhalation.

And on your exhalation,

Just let go and feel your neck relaxing.

Breathing in relaxation.

Breathing out tension.

Any tension.

And on your exhalation,

Just let go.

And on your exhalation,

Just let go.

Now focus on your heart center located in the middle of your chest.

Breathe in and out through the center.

Feel your whole abdomen rise.

Your belly rises on inhalation.

Your chest expands upon inhalation.

And you can feel your heartbeat.

You can feel it in there.

You can now move your right hand to your heart near the center of your chest and just place it there gently.

Breathing in and out through the center.

Feel your body relaxing more and more with each breath.

Allow your breath to come in through your heart center on the inhalation,

Soothing and relaxing your heart muscles.

Your hand is acknowledging your heart there.

You're feeling the love there.

Feel all your anxiety release out of your heart center upon your exhalation now.

Feel each breath relax your body.

Letting go of all of this unsettled energy.

Now scan your body for the next few moments.

We're going to go deep within the body's nervous system so set the intention to relax your body even further and deeper now.

Allowing your mind and body to connect and relax creating coherence lubrication in between you and your mind you and your body you're creating some space there.

Breathing in the essence of harmony and peace and letting go and feeling your body go deeper and deeper into this relaxation.

Let go of all your tension on the exhalation and bring back in the fresh air the love connection with the heart and exhale again.

Love is very powerful energy that can relax the body.

So I want you to ignite the love you have in your heart.

It's like a flame and you can spread this energy throughout your whole body.

What does love feel like?

What does it feel like to love yourself?

Begin right now with giving your body some love.

You can do this in many ways.

One is by appreciating yourself.

Being grateful for all you have all the love that you have that you've experienced.

Ignite the healing energy and allow it to soothe your body of any impurities of any knots of any tension.

Breathing in the essence of love.

Breathing out the energy of any fear.

Visualize now a white light encompassing the air you breathe in.

You can actually see the air.

You're visualizing the air entering your body as white light.

And this white light is love.

It comes from all around you.

It exists in the cosmos.

It exists on earth and in your body and your mind.

As it enters your body,

Feel amazing.

It's pure.

It's simple.

It's beautiful.

It's soothing to your soul.

It relaxes your body.

It heals your body.

It works from the inside out.

And with this energy,

As you begin to push it out,

It's released back into the earth,

Back into the atmosphere.

Now,

Continue practicing this visualization for the next few moments.

With each inhalation,

You're building the presence,

The healing energy within this air.

It's getting stronger.

Relaxed,

You can become.

See how perfect you truly are,

Just as you are.

Relaxing further and further,

Deeper and deeper.

In this space,

You are God.

You are one.

You are everything and nothing.

You are merely observing your breath and the love that is passing through you,

From the universe to inside of you and back into the universe.

Now,

Just come back to your breath and follow your breath for the next few moments.

You can let go of your breath now.

You can even shake your hands a little bit,

Let some of that energy out and immerse yourself in this relaxation,

The sensation of simply being in whatever position you're in.

Just relax and enjoy this moment.

Surrender to your body's relaxation response.

This is enjoyable.

This is good.

This is a safe place for you to enjoy everything.

In this surrender,

It allows you to breathe and to sail away deeper and deeper into your body's ocean of bliss,

Allowing each breath to take you into a deeper state of relaxation.

Go for it.
