The Law of Attraction The Law of Attraction is a principle of the universe that extends far beyond just thought.

In this practice,

You will be going deep within your energy body to feel and project an energy that is not just a thought.

In this practice,

You will be going deep within your energy body to feel and project an outcome you wish to experience.

Sit in any comfortable meditative posture.

Maintain a nice straight back.

Hands on your knees or palms facing up if you wish to lay down for this practice.

Let's start by taking a deep breath in through the nose and out through the nose.

Naturally notice your breath.

Start to take in slower breaths.

Now breathe more quietly and gently.

Draw your breath deep into your belly and breathe out in one straight line from your belly to your throat.

For the next few moments,

Breathe in deeply and slowly and saturate your cells full of oxygen.

Feel every part of your body being affected by the deep breathing in and out.

Now let go of your breath.

Allow your natural breath to take over.

Do not interrupt or disturb the natural flow of your breath.

Now start to retain your breath by pausing at the top of your lungs.

Extend this pause more and more until you find a good rhythm.

As you do this,

You can start to let go of the outside world.

Internalize and focus your attention in your body.

Mentally scan your body,

Becoming aware of your body from head to toe.

Take a few moments to scan each part of your body.

Be aware of your head.

Be aware of the muscles that make up your face.

Be aware of your neck.

Be aware of your chest.

Be aware of your arms.

Be aware of your hands.

Be aware of your belly.

Be aware of your legs.

Be aware of your feet.

Be aware of your back.

Now channel your attention in the darkness behind your forehead.

There are two focus points I want you to be aware of for this practice.

Focus point number one is the energy center located in between the eyebrows.

This is also known as your mind's eye.

Focus point number two is the energy center located in the middle of your chest,

Also known as your heart center.

Be aware of these two points for the rest of this practice.

Mentally project yourself into a future or outcome you want to experience.

Try and see clearly in your mind's eye what this future looks like.

Now pay attention to what this experience feels like.

For the next few moments,

Focusing on your two points,

Your mind's eye and heart center,

See and feel this future.

Give your body a taste of this future event ahead of the experience.

Imagine if this future outcome was already your reality.

How would you feel?

Intensify this feeling.

Draw attention to this feeling.

See the space around you turn into a reality you want to achieve.

Make your body believe as if this reality were already true.

Can you give thanks ahead of the actual experience?

Start to project gratitude and appreciation for this experience.

Even if just for the ability to imagine this and feel this.

Even though it's not real,

It's still something to be thankful for.

To be able to experience this in the first place.

So what does this experience look like?

Use the power of your mind's eye.

Create an internal representation of what this future looks like.

Collaborate your inner energy field to project what this future feels like.

Allow this feeling and vision from deep within you to move outward and project out through your mind's eye.

Now marry your vision of this future with an emotional charge.

Start to fill every cell in your body pulsate this future experience.

Feel this experience move through your whole body.

As you start to feel it move and get a sense of this energy,

Now intensify your emotional charge with a clear intention.

For instance,

You can ask yourself,

What do I want to attract into my life?

Could it be a job you're trying really hard to get?

It can be anything that you wish.

Imagine you woke up and your future was your reality.

What would you feel like waking up like this?

What does this future reality look like?

Who,

What and where are you in this experience?

What are you doing?

Who are you with?

Where are you in this experience?

See it clearly and feel it intensely.

Whatever you desire out of life,

You must feel right now.

What we project into the field of possibility is what you will receive in your reality.

The stronger your projection,

The stronger your pool.

Magnetically,

Pull this experience into your field.

What does your future feel like?

Believe in your future.

Feel free to believe in your inner power.

You'll get to know your inner power with time and focus.

Focus on your two points,

Your mind's eye and heart center.

Feel these points pulsing and radiating a very powerful signal.

All coming from your body.

Now feel your existence deep within your core,

Deeper than your cells,

At the very micro level of atoms.

Feel every atom in your body.

Now change the orbit of your atomic body to a frequency of your attraction,

As if opening and becoming ready to receive whatever it is you're trying to attract.

Absorb yourself in the energy of this future experience.

Attempt to not get up from this practice until you feel like your future experience is already your reality.

Try to not leave this practice until you feel like your future experience has become a reality in some way for you.

Move into the space you want to attract.

Feel the energy of this future experience.

Now,

Feel the energy of this future experience.

Now,

Feel the energy of this future experience.

Now,

Feel the energy of this future experience.

Now,

Feel the energy of this future experience.

Now,

Feel the energy of this future experience.

Now,

Feel the energy of this future experience.

Now,

Feel the energy of this future experience.
