You will be guided through a brief meditation which includes some general intentions and affirmations to help get you into a positive mindset and inspire you to create your own intention for the day.

In this session we discuss visualization as a powerful tool for starting your day when you could use some motivation, inspiration, or a boost of confidence. You will be guided through a meditation where you will be asked to visualize a positive outcome for the day to help open your mind to what’s possible and clarify what you are aiming for.

In this session we learn about another practice that is particularly helpful during those times when you are feeling stuck or unsure about how to move forward. In this session we discuss the value of affirmations for interrupting negative thought patterns and increasing self-confidence. You’ll be guided through a meditation to practice releasing self-doubt and tapping into your innate sense of confidence and inner power. You’ll also receive affirmations to offer reassurance, inspiration, and a reminder of the powerful being that you are, so that you can start the day with your head held high and a greater sense of optimism and hope.
