My takeaway: imagine the feeling of sadness/malaise/indifference/languishing/depression as a shape, ask it what it needs and care for it. I appreciate the wrap up summary. I imagined a deflated ball next to a sad droopy dog face . For my the ball was red, perhaps symbolizing my ❤️ deflated heart . I will care for it with rest and recuperation but I think it's longing to get stuck into a passion project for sustained vitality and purpose 🦜 Thanks [KEY: 5=Insightful, 4=Interesting, 3=Okay, 2=Not For Me, 1=Irritating]

This is a weird thing to say but I did this session whilst in a Waymo and ended with a big ol smile on my face. If thats not transportive, idk what is! TY!

This is absolutely 1,000% what I needed today. As the session was ending, I thought of my weighted blanket and rocking chair, tools I can use to feel held and soothed. Thank you 🙏🏻

Currently stopped at a convenience store after needing some intense self-soothing for out of control anxiety. I parked in the shade, leaned the seat back, and listening to this meditation with my hand over my heart. That helped so much and I now I don't feel as trapped and heavy inside. 🙏
