Each session opens with a grounded breath into your centre of gravity and simple yes/no sacral questions that soften the mind so the body can lead. Inside you'll learn to use your senses as both a thermometer and a volume knob — because the same senses that amplify overwhelm can also bring you back to ground when you learn to work with them consciously. You'll discover how memory and imagination function as inner senses — and how to use them as medicine rather than as threat rehearsal. The course includes short teaching and practice sessions and two deep guided meditations: The Matron's Tent (19 min) and The Pendulum (24 min) — plus a capstone sanctuary journey (24 min) where you find your own place on the grounds and create a return path you can use anytime, anywhere. Inspired by the imaginal world of my novel The Midnight Carnival — a story that is also a map of inner landscapes. You don't need the book. This course teaches the skill that makes the map usable. Come exactly as you are. No perfect practice required. Just a return — one breath at a time.
