Welcome,

I'm Jocelyn.

Take a moment,

Close your eyes,

Feel your breath.

This is a new moment.

Inhale through your nose,

And exhale through your mouth.

Each inhale,

Arising the light within,

And each exhale,

Releasing anything that is no longer needed.

Inhaling,

Expanding the light within,

And exhaling,

Letting go and releasing things that are no longer needed held within you.

Inhaling,

Expanding that soul within you,

And exhaling,

Through the mouth,

Anything that's no longer needed.

Take a moment,

And bring one thing that you are grateful for into your awareness.

Picture it,

Smell it,

Taste it,

Hear it,

Feel it.

Place all of your awareness in it.

Allow your awareness to grow that feeling of gratitude within you.

Take a breath into that thing you're grateful for,

And as you inhale,

It expands into all of the areas of your body.

As you exhale,

Your awareness goes right to the seed of gratitude,

Clear,

Conscious.

One more time,

Take a breath in through the nose.

Expand that gratitude,

Expand that light of your soul.

Open your mouth,

And sigh it out,

Give it a little sound,

And enter into your day,

My friends.

Thank you so much for taking this time.

I appreciate you.

Namaste.
