This is a Breath Break consisting of three rounds of nine Physiological Sighs with space for body awareness in between. The Physiological Sigh is one of those simple breathing techniques that has personally gotten me through some of the hardest moments of grief and I'm sharing it here in a recording for anyone who needs to find calm in moments of stress, anxiety and feelings of being carried away by their emotions.
