Hello,
My name is Salina Layal.
I am a transformational coach and an international teacher.
And today I'm going to speak about Yoga Nidra.
Yoga Nidra is translated as yogic sleep.
It is a guided meditation practice that brings the body into a deep state of relaxation.
Well,
The mind remains gently aware.
In the yogic tradition,
It is considered one of the most powerful practices for rest.
Healing and self-discovery.
As the body relaxes and the mind becomes more quiet,
We begin to access deeper layers of consciousness that are often beneath the busyness of our daily lives.
From a scientific perspective,
Yoga nidra helps activate the parasympathetic nervous system,
Sometimes called the rest and digest response.
And this allows the body to move out of stress.
And into a state where restoration,
Healing,
And recovery can naturally occur.
Research has shown that practices like Yoga Nidra may help reduce stress and anxiety,
Improve sleep,
Enhance focus,
Support emotional well-being,
And promote greater overall resilience.
From a yogic perspective,
Something even deeper is happening.
As we relax in the physical body and quiet the fluctuations of the mind.
We begin to reconnect with our true nature.
The part of us.
That is always present beneath our thoughts,
Emotions,
Our roles,
And our life circumstances.
Many people finish a yoga nidra practice feeling rested,
Grounded,
Peaceful,
And renewed.
A profound sense of inner stillness and connection is also a common experience.
Whether you come to Yoga Nindra for better sleep.
Stress relief,
Healing,
Or even spiritual growth.
It offers a beautiful opportunity to slow down,
Turn inward.
And reconnect with yourself in a deeper way.
All you need is to find a comfortable position,
Follow the guidance.
And allow yourself to receive the benefits of this fantastic practice.
