Beloved precious soul,

Welcome.

Welcome to the fullness of this life experience.

Have you enjoyed the colors of the sunrise,

The sunset,

The fragrance and the beauty of the flowers,

The light that warms your skin,

And the night that blankets your soul?

In this darkness,

I await in the light I am.

Aham Brahmasmi.

Allow the body to be still now.

Feel the body letting go,

Down to the bones.

Release the breath to move freely in and out.

Feel the bones,

The muscles melting,

Softening.

These words are for you.

This heart is for you.

With every breath,

Give this body consciousness back to the earth.

Become aware of yourself as more than this body.

Allow the breath to move freely.

Notice the quality of the breath.

Each inhalation welcomes life force,

And each exhalation gives you permission to let go.

Feel the breath as it moves in through the nostrils and out.

Feel the subtle tingling change of temperature as the air moves.

Notice the breath becoming more and more effortless.

Bring your awareness to the center of the chest.

And as you breathe,

Feel yourself diving inside.

Go beyond the mind,

Beyond the emotions,

Beyond the body and the deep wisdom of the heart.

What do you wish to create in your life?

You can create anything you desire.

You already have without knowing.

So from this moment forward,

Welcome yourself as the conscious creator that you are.

And ask,

What is my deepest desire?

What is my deepest desire?

And now with this power,

This creativity,

This wisdom inside,

Create a sankalpa,

An intention.

And if you choose,

Use the words,

I am,

For anything we say after I am comes into manifestation.

Create your life consciously.

Create your sankalpa.

I am peace.

I am living the life of my dreams come true.

I am passionate in everything I do.

Create your sankalpa.

And then silently repeat it three times.

Sense the body deeply supported,

Held in this moment.

Sense the space around the body.

And allow your consciousness to drift beyond the room as you listen for the sounds far away.

Become aware of the sounds in the room around you.

Become aware of the sounds inside of the body.

As you hear my voice,

Name different parts of the body.

Allow your awareness to move to these areas while the body rests deeply in stillness.

Bring your awareness to your right hand thumb.

Allow you to feel pulsations,

Warmth,

Heaviness or lightness in the thumb.

And allow the awareness to move to the first finger,

Second finger,

Third finger,

Fourth finger.

Sense the palm of the hand,

Back of the hand,

Right wrist and the space inside of the wrist.

Allow your awareness to move up the forearm.

Elbow,

Upper arm.

Feel the right shoulder and armpit.

Feel the sensation of the shoulder as it connects to the neck.

The throat center.

Feel left hand thumb.

First finger.

Second finger.

Third finger.

Fourth finger.

Sense palm of the hand,

Back of the hand.

Feel left wrist and the space inside of the wrist.

Sense the forearm.

Elbow.

Upper arm.

Left shoulder and armpit.

The left side of the neck that meets the shoulder.

Become aware of the whole neck.

Sense the jaw.

Lower lip.

Upper lip.

The teeth.

Tongue heavy in the mouth.

Sense the whole inside of the mouth.

Bring your awareness to the nose,

Cheeks,

Eye sockets,

Eyeballs.

Sense the forehead.

The whole scalp.

Both ears.

Bring your awareness to the upper back.

Mid back.

Feel the lower back.

Sense the chest as it rises and falls with the breath.

The solar plexus.

Belly.

Come aware of the whole pelvis,

Heavy and supported.

Sense right buttocks.

Right side hip.

Upper leg.

Knee.

Lower leg.

Ankle.

Top of the foot.

Soul of the foot.

Right big toe.

Second toe.

Third toe.

Fourth toe.

Fifth toe.

Bring your awareness to the left buttocks.

Sense left hip.

Upper leg.

Knee.

Lower leg.

Ankle.

Top of the foot.

Soul of the foot.

Sense left big toe.

Second toe.

Third toe.

Fourth toe.

Fifth toe.

Become aware of the whole body.

The whole body.

The whole body.

Recall your sankalpa and silently repeat it three times.

Feel the body drifting deeper and deeper into relaxation and at the same time the mind remains conscious.

The mind is aware as you rest in this deep space of ease.

Feel yourself beginning to expand.

Moving beyond the boundaries of the physical form.

And then feel yourself becoming smaller.

Smaller and smaller.

Until you become a tight ball inside of yourself.

Again feel yourself expanding into this space of freedom.

Filling the space around you.

Moving beyond the walls.

Moving far beyond any physical structure around you.

And again you feel yourself becoming small.

Smaller and smaller.

Back in the space around you.

Back into the body becoming smaller and tighter and more contracted.

As small as you could possibly be.

And then with a wave of relief you feel yourself expand again.

This time the expansion is effortless and fills every muscle of your body with deep ease.

And feel yourself moving far beyond the physical body.

Like you are bathing in an ocean of light.

Floating.

In this space of stillness and deep rest.

You become aware that you are far above the physical body now.

You look down upon the body with so much gratitude for all that this body allows you to experience.

With so much kindness for all of the gifts this life gives you every moment.

See yourself full of light.

Still connected to the physical body by a beautiful golden thread of light.

That moves down into the crown of the head of the physical body.

Feel yourself full of light.

Carefree.

Begin to look around you and see that you are floating in the cosmos.

Surrounded by the glittering light of the stars.

By beauties and wonders that your mind could not have imagined before this moment.

Beautiful shades of color and light bursting in geometric patterns.

Dancing waves of energy moving from one star to the next.

This place that feels familiar feels like home.

Remember yourself as this being of light.

Full of life force.

Full of love.

Full of creativity and passion.

Full of forgiveness and kindness.

See yourself as this exquisite light.

Move down towards the physical body and then lie down merging with your body that is resting in this moment.

See that every cell of the physical body is turning to light.

Every organ is being healed and purified with this exquisite feeling light.

In your mind's eye,

See that your hands are glowing with this beautiful golden light of healing.

And now without moving the body,

Imagine yourself placing these hands of light wherever there is healing needed.

See these golden rays pouring in,

Creating harmony,

Balance,

And restoring any part of the body,

The emotions,

Or the mind to their original divine perfection.

You can move the hands as many times as you like,

Nourishing every part of you with this healing from your own divine self.

As you're ready,

See your hands relaxing down by the sides of your body.

Feel yourself whole,

In perfect balance.

Every cell of the body breathing vitality,

Vibrating with light.

Feel gratitude beginning to blossom in the heart for this beautiful opportunity of healing and connection with your own beloved self.

Welcome the peace of you.

Welcome the exquisite beauty that you are.

Welcome the love.

I’m amazed that I haven’t reviewed this yet. I listen to this every night, sometimes over and over, hoping I will fall asleep. Now, lately in the morning too. I miss my husband. Denny passed 4/4/22. I loved him… I will forever love him. Nights are the most difficult. I replay everything, our lives; my failures in not being more sensitive; times I could have appreciated more; moments missed and not realized how fleeting it all is. Ohhh… It’s all just so horribly sad. I long to feel him and sometimes do. Your meditation helps me do that and it is helping me heal. For so long I have not even wanted to heal. That would mean that I’d forgotten. In your meditation though, I’m reaching for Love. The Love I knew and the Love that will never die. The deepest part of Aloha. I look forward to your first words, as they feel so comforting. I feel safer. As you move on I begin to feel another space in time and it’s such a sweet release. I am an artist, I say. I am, but the label hasn’t fit for some time. You are helping me with that. When you say, “This is Love”, I am wrapped in that moment and do in fact know Love and that Denny is there. But it’s beyond that. When you say it, after going through all the other elements, yoga nidra included, the room is transfixed to know Love more deeply than I ever have before. This meditation of yours in devinely inspired. It truly is. Mahalo nui loa. We lived in Hawaii, Kauai mostly, for many years. Hawaiians named my precious Denny, Pu’uwai, meaning Heart. I know that he is in that moment when you say, “This is Love”. This is Love. 🍃🌸🍃
