Meet your Teacher

Scarlett is a licensed therapist who specialises in anxiety. In her practice she helps clients to soothe anxiety in both the body and the mind. She's seen many clients fall into the trap of believing their thoughts are 'realistic' when in truth they are pessimistic. She teaches how you can change this pattern to think in a more realistically optimistic way.

Very interesting to look at optimism, realism, and pessimism all together. Realists are often viewed as pessimists where I am yet learning to catch your thoughts to prevent turning pessimistic is valuable as many things are difficult, more difficult than ever before.
