Come into this space today with me when you've got yourself worrying,
You've got yourself maybe spiraling in your thoughts and when really what you just need to hear is that you're going to be okay and everything is going to work out.
Now I know that I don't have a crystal ball and I can't tell you exactly what's going to happen,
I don't know what the outcome may be about anything you're worrying about and probably nor do you but the anchoring I want you to come in with is reminding yourself that everything does seem to have a way of working itself out and therefore you are going to be okay.
How many times do you convince yourself you're not going to be okay that things aren't going to work out when in fact they do.
Sometimes they won't work out in the way you think they're going to work out in and sometimes that may even be you going down a route that you don't think you will go down or have to go down but again either way things have a cycle to them and I find when we lean into this remembrance of this cyclical nature to things then we remember,
We remember that things have a way of coming back around and working themselves out.
So I want you to realign your body,
Realign your breath and just start to slow that pace down.
So we're gonna slowly start to breathe in through the nose and we're actually going to keep the heat inside the body today by breathing back out through the nose.
So seeing if you can do this really slowly,
Really gently in your own time,
Slow deep breaths in through the nose,
Slow deep breaths out through the nose.
Well done.
Can you feel already how much that just changes your pace especially if you're spiraling in those thoughts?
It brings you back into your body,
It brings some heat into the body in a warming way and it slows down the pace of everything.
And just continuing with that deep breathing if it's helping.
We're going to keep it really simple today and we're just continuing to offer ourselves the affirmation of I'm going to be okay,
It's going to be okay and things have a way of working themselves out.
You will be amazed at the difference this makes when you tell yourself this and when you're hearing someone else in this space like me telling you it too,
It reaffirms it even more.
So it doesn't matter how big or small the worry or worries are that you're holding,
Let's sit into the space of affirmation.
Here is your reminder that you are going to be okay,
This is going to be okay,
You are going to be okay,
Things always have a way of working themselves out.
Sometimes things work themselves out in a way that we don't actually imagine,
In a way that's even above us or more than us and that we don't have to micromanage it.
Can you allow yourself to surrender to that,
To give up some of that control?
Can you allow yourselves to trust the process?

Taking as much time as you need to just come back to the space when you're ready,
Perhaps doing this by wiggling your fingers,
Wiggling your toes,
Blinking your eyes open if they've been closed and slowly taking in the room around you,
Just noticing any changes in how you're feeling and seeing if you can continue with those affirmations as many times now as you need to even outside of this recording.
