Meet your Teacher

Scarlett is a licensed therapist and qualified meditation teacher who specializes in anxiety—including OCD, health anxiety, GAD, anxious attachment, and co-dependency. She works with many clients who have a high level of empathy, emotional intelligence and sensitivity. She believes this is their superpower but knows it can be overwhelming in the world we live in. She shares her in depth knowledge on boundaries, relationships and self-care to support this process.

For many sensitive souls, growing up surrounded by chaos or emotional conflict led to developing a heightened ability to sense and respond to the feelings of others — a survival skill designed to keep you safe. Understanding this connection invites you to gently reflect on your past and recognise what parts of your empathy may be tied to wounds that need healing. This awareness is a crucial step towards transforming empathy from a reactive pattern into a conscious, empowering gift.

Energy Hygiene Is Essential

As an empath your energy is precious — and often porous. In this lesson, we’ll dive into the essential practice of energetic hygiene: learning how to protect your space, clear what isn’t yours, and create boundaries that feel strong but compassionate. Through visualisations and grounding tools, you’ll begin to build daily rituals that support emotional clarity and resilience. We’ll also explore how to release the guilt that can arise when you start saying no or pulling back — and begin practicing the vital art of asking: Is this mine, or theirs?

Do you have a tendency to take on other people’s emotions? As empaths, it’s easy to assume we know how someone feels — or to project our own inner experience onto them — without realising we’re doing it. We’ll gently challenge those patterns and build skills to stay present without merging. I’ll share practical tools from my experience as a therapist — including how I stay compassionate without becoming emotionally overwhelmed.

Fixing People Will Not Work

Let's explore the common empath tendency to want to fix, rescue, or save others — often at the cost of our own energy and well-being. We’ll dive into why this impulse arises, and how you feel about others 'not being ok'. You’ll be invited to reflect on how it feels to receive support instead of always giving. Most importantly, we’ll challenge the habit of overstepping boundaries in the name of helping — and learn how to offer love and care without losing yourself in the process.

The Grounded Empath

Imagine being a sturdy tree in the middle of a storm — rooted deeply in your own soil while the winds of others’ emotions rush around you. This lesson teaches you how to be that grounded presence. You’ll discover how to offer compassion without getting swept away or losing yourself in the flood of feelings. It’s about mastering the art of holding space without drowning, and learning how to shield your energy so you aren’t easily pulled or manipulated by the emotional currents around you.

There’s Another Way To Be

As empaths, we often lead with the heart — feeling everything, all the time. But living fully in the emotional body 24/7 can be exhausting. In this lesson, you’ll learn how to consciously shift into different parts of yourself — the mind, the body, the observer — without disconnecting from compassion. Think of it like choosing the right vehicle for the terrain you're navigating: sometimes the heart is the perfect guide, and other times, it's wiser to move through the world from a calmer, more neutral space. You’ll learn a simple but powerful exercise (yes, even while watching TV!) to help you stay present without over-feeling.

Clued Up On Co-Dependency

Empaths and narcissists can be a magnet to each other. I want to make sure you're clued up on co-dependency as well as narcissistic traits, as your qualities and traits make you high risk when it comes to these relationships. Having awareness, spotting the signs and knowing how to put boundaries in place is essential. We’ll look at the patterns of codependency and how they can quietly develop when your focus is always on meeting others’ needs.
