Ever wondered what you'd be like without all the stress, worry, and fear? What you'd look like? What do you allow yourself to pursue? Often we hold ourselves back due to fear and disconnect from our true, authentic selves. This a beautiful 7-minute visualization to meet your authentic self. The one who does not need to prove themselves. The version of you who does not live in fear. This is going to allow you to connect with a much more confident you.

Starting by taking some slow deep breaths,

Adjusting your body to coming into this space.

Knowing that it's okay however you show up today,

You do not have to show up calm,

This is your chance to actually just come into a space with yourself in whichever way you have to show up.

So seeing if you can soften your body,

Seeing if you can let go of any tension in your neck,

Any tension in your shoulders,

Any tension in your jaw,

Letting all of that go now.

And let's recognize that it is so easy to get caught up in all of the worries we tell ourself,

All of the fears that we hold,

All of the versions of ourselves that we think we should be.

But this practice today is all about tuning into the most authentic,

Vibrant version of yourself.

So let's start to discover what this version of you is really like.

As you're breathing,

As you're tuning in with your body,

I want you to visualize an image of yourself directly in front of you coming into focus.

So as you look you can make out the outline of this person,

You can sense their presence and you imagine really inviting them in to join you.

Now this version of yourself is you but without fear,

Without worry,

Without tension,

Without doubt.

It is you with so much confidence,

So much certainty in themselves,

So much love for themselves.

It's you in your most authentic self.

And so you're just going to take some time now to notice this person,

To embrace this person,

To watch what they're like.

Allow yourself to absorb what they look like.

Do they look any different to how you currently look?

Remember this isn't a perfected version of you,

It's an authentic,

Happy,

Joyful,

Radiant version of you.

Perhaps noticing too how they move as they walk or move their body.

What's the movement like?

Do they look more confident in their body?

Do they hold their head up higher?

Do they look less tense and more free in their body?

Are they more flexible in their body?

Do they look caught up in their head and thoughts or do they seem more present?

Maybe there's certain colors that they wear or they feel drawn to or they even radiate from their aura.

What are the colors that look like they embody this person?

Perhaps notice too how this version of you talks.

Do they speak in a slightly different way?

Do they speak in a freer way,

A less filtered way,

A more bold way,

Softer way?

How is it they might speak?

Just sitting with this version of yourself for a few moments now without my voice guiding you,

Just absorbing them and their energy.

And you might like to ask them now if there are any messages that they want to share with you,

Any words of wisdom,

Anything that they want you to let go of,

Anything that they want you to do more of.

See if they have anything to share with you.

This version of yourself is real and it is possible.

If you can imagine yourself without fear and you can imagine yourself without worry and you can imagine yourself so much freer,

Then it does exist.

Now you have created the image,

It's there and you can come back to it the image,

It's there and you can come back to it as your guidance,

As the authentic person you're slowly but surely growing into becoming.

Take another few conscious breaths and just allow the image in front of you to gently fade,

Knowing you can come back to it anytime you need to.

Rolling your shoulders back,

Coming back into your body,

Into your space,

Wiggling your fingers and toes,

Bringing some energy and life back into the body,

Blinking your eyes open when you're ready.
