Scarlett is a qualified therapist and meditation teacher. She specialises in anxiety and sees how much a lack of energetic boundaries can cause stress and anxiety for people. She teaches her clients several methods to lower anxiety, including energetic protection and awareness.

Lesson 1

Where Am I?

Of course you know where your physical body is but how often are you aware of where your energetic body is? A first step to making sure you're not soaking up everyone's energy and over-giving, is to become aware of where you are at all times. And to make sure you're not getting pulled into the vortex of others energy. This lesson helps you to get curious and introduces the idea that we want to remain with ourselves at all times.

Energetic Imprints From The Past

Many of us learned early on that it was safer to monitor other people’s emotions than our own. Whether you had to caretake, calm, or constantly adapt, this lesson helps you to see how those past imprints may still shape your energy today. With compassion, you’ll start to separate past conditioning from your present power.

Lesson 3

Expand And Contract Your Field

This lesson is all about playing around with the energy field and getting a better feel of 'where you are'. We'll expand all the way out and the contract the energy back in. I'd encourage you to do this in a safe space where you know you'll be undisturbed.

Find Your Anchor

An anchor is that steady, inner signal that tells your system: “I’m safe in myself.” You’ll be guided to create a physical or visual anchor that helps you return to calm no matter what’s happening around you. This practice is about building stability, so your energy doesn’t drift toward whoever feels loudest in the room.

Who Pulls You Away?

In this last lesson we'll gather together everything we've learnt and really work on anchoring the energy. This will be a chance to notice if there's anyone specific in your life that alters your energy more than others. This is so key for energetic awareness.
