Even with my cat wanting attention, I was able to settle. After we finished, I went into the best focus in a long time. Nervous system settled for sure. 🙏🏼

This was wonderful, weird at first but ended up being a gift in multiple ways. This exercise gave me calmness for not only my anxiety, but also my stress. It gave me an unexpected boost in energy!! Wonderful way to start the day!! Thank you!! Lerone

Not too slow, not too fast and a good amount of box breathing time. Good guided meditation

Love to switch between mouth and nose inhale. Helps for the energy and release a lot. 🙌🫶

So very wonderful, I love this pattern of breathing, especially when I elongate the exhale. I remember in one of Abraham-Hicks earlier books they describe, (paraphrasing), to inhale more air than we think we can.... then a long breath out, stating it was one of the best things one can do for the body... Thank you for this! - and the reminder of how truly delightful it is to fully breathe.

I decided to do this again it really worked! I normally don’t like strange breathing techniques but this was just perfect! I saved it immediately! I also shared it with others! Thank you!
