It will come as no surprise to you that sleep is a vital aspect of our overall health & wellbeing and for many people they are simply going to bed too late, and have a poor night time routine, meaning the actions they are taking in the hours before bed are not in support of getting that all important deep sleep that our bodies need.

Lesson 4
Begin Your Day Well
We want to invite in spaciousness & ease. We also want to be training our digestion to eliminate first thing in the morning. If we are not eliminating daily, in the morning it means, physically, mentally & emotionally we are taking yesterdays ‘trash’ into today. If you aren’t eliminating well it will mean your inner state of your emotions & thoughts will also be clogged up.

Breath & Movement
According to Ayurveda stagnation is a fast track to disease, so when we roll out of bed, grab our coffee & sit on our phones or computers, it's the perfect recipe for stagnation, inflammation & eventually disease.
