Transcript

Get yourself comfortable.

You can do this meditation either seated or lying down.

Make sure you're warm enough.

Closing your eyes if you're seated and perhaps even covering them if you're lying down and the room is bright.

If you fall asleep to this meditation that's okay.

Try to stay awake for as long as possible.

Really allowing your higher self to soak up and absorb the mantras,

The messages and the frequency of this manifestation and abundance meditation.

Let's first begin by consciously letting go of any tension in your physical body.

Just taking your awareness to the crown of your head.

And as you inhale,

Feel a sense of spaciousness and ease and as you exhale releasing any tension that's been residing in the very top of your head.

Resting your awareness now on your face,

The back of your head,

Your neck,

Both front and back.

Taking a nice deep breath in,

Creating spaciousness and ease and as you exhale,

Just releasing,

Letting go of any tension,

Any holding.

Take your awareness now down to your shoulders,

The front of your chest and your upper back.

As you take a nice full breath in,

Feel that whole part of your body expanding,

Easing.

And as you exhale,

Just allow for a release,

Allow for a surrender.

Now your upper arms,

Your lower arms,

Your hands and your fingertips.

Breathing in to create a little more space.

And as you exhale,

Just feel any tension dissipating,

Releasing.

Paying attention now to your abdomen,

Your lower abdomen.

As you breathe in,

Feel your abdomen rise,

Notice that space that's created.

And as you exhale,

Just release.

Bringing into your awareness your lower back and your mid-back.

As you breathe in,

Feel that area of your body expanding.

And as you breathe out,

Allow for a surrender.

Now taking your awareness to your whole pelvic region.

Breathing in,

Expanding,

Bringing in spaciousness.

And as you exhale,

Release and let go.

Now to your upper legs,

Both left and right side,

Front and back.

Inhaling,

Feel a sense of space,

Of ease,

Of expansion.

And exhaling,

Letting go and releasing.

And finally now your lower legs,

Your ankles,

Your feet,

Your toes.

Take a nice deep breath in.

And as you breathe out,

Feel that part of your body becoming more easeful,

Becoming lighter.

Now releasing any pent-up energetic residue that's gathered in your body.

Take a beautiful big breath in,

Biggest breath you've taken all day.

And exhale out through your mouth.

Do that again,

Just take a nice full deep breath in through your nose or through your mouth.

And let it out as deeply as you can,

Perhaps even with a little sigh with some sound.

Let's do that one more time,

Full deep breath in.

The last exhale to release any stagnation,

Anything that needs to come out,

Anything that you've been holding on to.

Now imagine that you're rested on the most comfortable bed you've ever been on.

You feel held,

You feel safe,

You feel nourished.

You feel nurtured.

You can feel your body relaxing and releasing into a deep state of bliss and surrender.

A little smile appears on your lips as your breath softens and your eyes release.

Feel your body getting lighter,

Softer and more and more at ease with every breath that comes and goes.

I'm going to repeat some mantras.

You do not need to do anything.

You do not even need to repeat them in your mind.

Just allow your subconscious mind to draw in the energy of these mantras to elevate and upgrade so that you may manifest whatever your heart desires with absolute grace and ease.

I am divinely guided and supported.

I am in charge of my own opinion of myself.

I am somebody who is successful.

I am love in human form.

I am abundant in my body,

Mind and soul.

I am grateful for all the blessings in my life.

I am valuable beyond measure.

I am grateful for all the lessons life brings to me.

I am love.

I am a blessing to those around me.

I am open to the highest wealth,

Health and abundance that my heart desires.

I am free.

I am capable of creating amazing things.

I am somebody who is successful.

I am open to abundance flowing to me in ways I cannot even imagine.

I am abundant.

I am worthy of loving myself and loving others.

I am somebody who is successful.

I am pure energy.

I am manifesting everything that is for the highest good of myself and those around me.

I am worthy of my heart's desires.

I am always wealthy,

Healthy and abundant.

I am a magnet of all good things.

I am inspiring.

I am the one I have been waiting for.

You are divinely guided and supported.

You are in charge of your own opinion of yourself.

You are somebody who is successful.

You are love in human form.

You are abundant in your body,

Mind and soul.

You are grateful for all the blessings in your life.

You are valuable beyond measure.

You are grateful for all the lessons life brings to you.

You are love.

You are a blessing to those around you.

You are free.

You are capable of creating amazing things.

You are somebody who is successful.

You are open to abundance flowing to you in ways you cannot even imagine.

You are pure energy.

You are abundant.

You are worthy of loving yourself and loving others.

You are manifesting everything that is for the highest good of yourself and those around you.

You are worthy of your heart's desires.

You are always wealthy,

Healthy and abundant.

You are a magnet of all good things.

You are inspiring.

You are the one you have been waiting for.

Taking a few moments now,

Just allowing these mantras,

The frequency of these mantras to rest into every cell of your being.

I invite you either to remain in meditation for as long as you desire or if you are ready,

You can begin to slowly open your eyes,

Moving your body gently.

And so it is.

Felt nice. Manifestation meditation in a relaxed, inward manner..many others, though wonderful and effective can be a bit liturgical, or angsty. This one allows you to just quietly "be" and absorb.
