Hello everyone,
Welcome to this healing appreciation meditation for your heart,
A meditation where we will unwind,
Heal and appreciate all of the wonderful things your heart does for you every day.
The act of appreciation can be so beneficial for healing the heart,
Seeing things in a different light and treating your heart and yourself with more kindness.
So just taking a moment for yourself now,
Coming right down into this space,
This very space that has always been here for you.
Just waiting for the moment where you are not so busy,
Letting go of this busyness now,
Letting it fade away bit by bit,
Gently.
As you let this happen,
Let's notice the heart area.
Gently touching it if you wish,
Placing both of your hands on your heart,
Noticing how this wonderful area feels today.
No matter how it feels,
No matter how it is,
Notice this area.
Notice the physicality of it,
The temperature,
The sensations,
The nothingness that may be there,
The everything that may be there,
Not thinking about it,
Feeling it.
As you feel your heart,
Know that every single day,
It feels you,
It beats for you,
Transporting precious blood all around your body,
Transporting the nutrients that each cell within your body needs for your very survival,
A great servant,
A great warrior,
An unconditionally loving organ.
The heart radiates energy for you each day,
Whether you know it or not,
Whether you're worried,
Sad,
Having a tough time or having a happy time,
The heart beats,
The heart radiates,
Whether you know it or not.
Sometimes this energy may be depleted or desensitized,
Especially if you live from your mind each moment of the day.
There may be blocks,
But the heart does its best to radiate wonderful energy,
Feeling this energy radiating from the heart right now,
Rejuvenating,
Nurturing,
Soothing,
Releasing any blocks that may be there,
Restoring the vital energy stores within the heart,
Sensitizing you once again to its energy.
The heart is the life force of this organism,
One of the structures that provides a powerful electromagnetic field around your body,
Such intelligence,
Appreciate this structure,
Appreciate the service it provides for you,
A service without wanting anything in return,
It's completely free of charge.
The heart is such a giver and it's time for it to receive love and appreciation,
For the next while just let go to the heart,
Allowing it to do its service for you,
Appreciating the wonders of it along the way,
Saying to your heart,
I appreciate you,
I appreciate you,
I appreciate you.
Now,
As this meditation comes to a close,
Just bringing yourself back to your whole body,
Knowing the heart is working for you each moment of the day,
Moving your body around,
Stretching it,
Waking yourself back up,
Coming back,
When you're ready,
Just gently opening your eyes if you wish,
Feeling that love and appreciation for your heart,
