In this session, We will be introduced to the concept of Yoga Nidra and learn about the three kinds of tensions that it can help to release. After that, we will be guided through level one Yoga Nidra practice, which is focused on muscular relaxation. By the end of this session, we will have a foundational understanding of Yoga Nidra and its benefits, as well as experience the relaxation that comes from focusing on the release of physical tension in the body.

Mental Tensions and Harnessing the Mental Energy With Yoga Nidra : Level Two
In this session, we will focus on the concept of mental tension and how it affects our overall well-being. We will also discuss the importance of setting an intention or Sankalpa in Yoga Nidra. We will have Level 2 Yoga Nidra practice which can help to release mental tension and clarify the mind. We will learn how to create and verbalize our own intention for the Yoga Nidra practice.

In this session, we will focus on the release of suppressed emotions through the practice of Yoga Nidra. We will begin by discussing the concept of emotional tension and the importance of releasing suppressed emotions in order to achieve a sense of well-being. The session will then conclude with a guided Yoga Nidra practice specifically focused on releasing suppressed emotions.

In this session, we will delve deeper into the topic of mental impressions and how it affects our day-to-day experiences. The session will also include a Yoga Nidra practice specifically focused on achieving deeper relaxation on all three levels: muscular, mental, and emotional. This will be an opportunity for us to fully immerse ourselves in the practice and experience the transformative effects of Yoga Nidra.

Deeper Relaxation: A One-Hour Yoga Nidra Practice
In this final session of the Yoga Nidra-The Art Of Relaxation course, we will have the opportunity to delve deeper into relaxation through a one-hour-long Yoga Nidra practice. This practice will focus on achieving relaxation on all three levels: muscular, mental, and emotional. Sandeep will lead us through the different stages of the Yoga Nidra practice and help us achieve a state of deep relaxation. This session is designed to be a culminating experience for us, allowing us to fully embrace the benefits of Yoga Nidra and find a sense of peace and well-being.
