This course offers you two simple techniques to help you recapture flow in both everyday routines and passion projects, and a guided experience to try them in each lesson.
Alice Langholt is a parent, author and Reiki Master Teacher, and a Certified Practitioner of EFT and Introspective Hypnosis. She is the Executive Director of Reiki Awakening Academy.
Alice has a Ph.D. in Metaphysical Parapsychology, and Master’s degrees in Jewish Studies and Metaphysical Science. She has written 23 books on holistic subjects.

Noticing The Moment
In this lesson, you'll learn and practice an exercise to help you learn to train your senses on something you probably never think about very much. Heightening your awareness in this way is a technique that can be applied as you go about your daily life, which serves as a doorway to entering the flow state.

Single-Tasking
In this lesson, we will learn, try, and experience the technique called single-tasking, which helps train your brain to immersive its focus on one thing at a time, and be able to shift complete focus to the next task. This technique can then be applied to enter the flow state of whatever activity you are engaged in.

Such a short but simple insight. I used to do this all the time and kinda grew out of it as busy life and distraction became the norm. It works well on walks.
