Dawn Robinson

Dawn is a workshop leader, coach, and author of the self-published books Ditch Your Midlife Stress From the Inside Out, Hot Flourishes and The Menopause Wellbeing Journal. She runs online courses and coaching and helps midlife women deal with stress and anxiety and find peace of mind and relax more easily using a conversational, non-technique approach. She worked in HR and as a management trainer in the financial and manufacturing sectors for fifteen years designing and delivering courses for managers of all levels. Later, she retrained as an Alexander Technique teacher and worked with individuals helping them use their bodies with less strain. She lives with her husband and daughter in the UK and loves walking, swimming and eating homemade cake.
