Meet your Teacher

Dawn is a workshop leader, coach, and author of the self-published books Ditch Your Midlife Stress From the Inside Out, Hot Flourishes and The Menopause Wellbeing Journal. She runs online courses and coaching and helps midlife women deal with stress and anxiety and find peace of mind and relax more easily using a conversational, non-technique approach. She worked in HR and as a management trainer in the financial and manufacturing sectors for fifteen years designing and delivering courses for managers of all levels. Later, she retrained as an Alexander Technique teacher and worked with individuals helping them use their bodies with less strain. She lives with her husband and daughter in the UK and loves walking, swimming, and eating homemade cake.

Step Two: Connect

So often we think of our search for wellbeing as an indication that something is missing or wrong with us but in this lesson, we'll uncover how in our human imperfection, we are already enough and not in need of fixing.

Step Two: Connect Meditation

Step Three: Thrive

Once we understand where our wellbeing comes from and how we can tap into it, we can relax into life more. The problem is that life isn't going to stop throwing problems and difficulties our way and so in this lesson, we'll explore how we can access our natural creativity to find solutions and answers to all of our issues.

Step Three: Thrive Meditation
