Through gentle practical exercises, you’ll discover: * The mind/body connection and how to use it to release tension softly in the body * A revitalising mind exercise to reconnect with your whole body * How to sit, stand, and walk with greater lightness and ease * Look and feel better by improving how you use your body * How to reconnect with the deep magic of body wisdom By the end of this course, you’ll have a greater understanding of how to easily and gently bring body mindfulness into your daily day so that you live with less strain. This gentle course is suitable for anyone interested in increasing their awareness of their body - no physical exercises, running or lifting of weights is required.
