Hello and a huge welcome to this meditation,
Infinite Light,
Infinite You.
So find a comfortable position,
Either seated or lying down.
Let your hands rest gently,
Close your eyes,
And begin to bring your attention inward.
Take a slow,
Deep breath in,
And exhale fully.
Again,
In and out.
And with each breath,
Begin to feel the weight of your body sinking into support.
Let the outside world soften.
This is your time,
A sacred time to remember who you truly are.
Feel the base of your body connecting with the earth.
Imagine roots gently extending from you into the ground.
Stable,
Steady,
Ancient.
Breathe into this groundedness.
You are safe.
You are supported.
Notice your feet,
Your legs,
Your spine.
Scan gently upward through your chest,
Your shoulders,
Your face.
Release any tension as you find it.
Let gravity hold you.
Now bring your full attention to the breath.
Feel the air as it enters your nose,
Expands your lungs,
And gently leaves your body.
There's no need to control it.
Just notice it.
Rising.
Falling.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Let your breath become your anchor.
In this moment,
There is nothing to do but breathe.
Now imagine a gentle light within your chest,
Soft,
Warm,
Golden.
This is your inner light,
The external spark that has always been with you.
With each inhale,
See it grow brighter.
With each exhale,
Feel it expand,
Filling your chest,
Your belly,
Your limbs.
This is you,
Not just the body,
Not just the thoughts,
But the essence behind it all.
Now see this light spreading beyond your skin,
Beyond the room,
Infinite in all directions.
This light is not just inside you,
It is you.
This awareness,
This consciousness,
It has no edge.
No beginning.
No end.
Float in this presence.
Let yourself dissolve into it.
Not losing yourself,
But becoming more of yourself.
You are not separate,
You are the light,
You are the universe remembering itself.
Be here.
Now.
Now let go of the imagery,
Let go of the words.
Just be here,
Still,
Silent.
And if thoughts arise,
That's okay.
Let them pass gently overhead like clouds.
Return gently to the breathing,
To the light.
To the stillness between each heartbeat,
Each breath.
Here in this silence,
You are whole.
Feel expansive,
Limitless.
Now bring your awareness gently back to your body.
Feel the light still with you,
Softer now but ever-present.
Wriggle your fingers,
Your toes.
Take a deep breath in and let go with a soft,
Gentle sigh.
Bring your hands to your heart if that feels right.
Offer yourself gratitude for showing up,
For remembering.
You are not separate from the light,
You carry it,
You are it.
So as we come to the end of this journey,
Remember,
You're infinite.
You're light.
You're love itself.
And when you're ready,
Gently open your eyes.
Bring with you the calm,
The radiance,
The truth of who you are into your day.
