In this short but powerful course, I’ll share my story of transformation from the shyest girl in the school to a place where I no longer fret about self-confidence and I’ll show you how you can do the same. Over my decades-long journey and some powerful learning along the way, I discovered this isn’t about learning another technique, chanting affirmations, or trying to control emotions and thoughts. It’s more about relaxing into our innate wellbeing and then noticing how self-confidence naturally flows. It’s about letting go of our negative internal chatter of “I can’t do that” and “What will people think of me?” It’s about challenging our very ideas about what self-confidence is and how we create it.
