Nick, with thirty years of experience as a mediator, including seven years as a Buddhist monk, brings a calm, centered, and grounded presence to his sessions. His client-led approach ensures each individual's needs are met. Training: - 7 years as a Buddhist monk - Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) for depression and anxiety - Trauma Release Exercises (TRE), which enable the body to release trauma through shaking - Self-care practices that enhance self-care skills and empathy - Lucid dreaming instructor Nick offers personal coaching, mindfulness tuition and works as a massage and Reiki therapist. This was lovely! :) I felt how the calm and the slower pace how you speak signals safety. I really enjoy listening to you Nick and this talk was so rich. I appreciate the way you bring teachings from the Buddha, together with what studies point to and examples from daily life too, to highlight what kindness may and may not look like. It's always such a treat to start my day meditating and contemplating with you, the tracks make it possible even when I wake up at a later hour than you usually go live. Love this track especially the part about the burning coal, as I have definitely been feeling animosity towards someone recently, and this was a great reminder that I am not hurting anyone but myself by having these feelings.

Nick has the most soothing voice. He has a nice way of speaking about gratitude that gently guides you into the awareness without a sense of obligation or pressure to be grateful. A nice reprieve at the end of your day.
