Welcome to this relaxing meditation for assisting in healing.
Breathing is the most important thing we do,
Yet we tend to forget about it and never consciously breathe the best we are able to.
Let's begin by taking three nice big deep breaths,
Paying attention to your belly and lungs expanding when you do so.
Breathing fully in and as you exhale letting your body relax.
Taking another deep breath.
As you breathe out,
Letting any worry flow out with a breath.
Breathing in again,
Filling your body with as much oxygen as you can.
Breathing out,
Letting go of any tension,
Any stress and allowing your breath to find its own rhythm.
Allowing your mind to drift and wander to the thought of a small,
Ornate,
Hand-built fountain.
This is the fountain of relaxation.
It's built in a way that the water level is waist high and easy for you to access.
Maybe there's a sculpture that the water comes out from splashing down into the basin,
Or perhaps the water simply shoots up out of the water in a beautiful jet.
Wherever you see this fountain,
Picture it vividly in as much detail as you can.
You notice how the water is crystal clear,
But also seems to glow with golden light.
Touch your hand to the side of the fountain and feel the way it's built and how sturdy it is.
Now dip your fingers into the golden water and feel the profound sense of relaxation it gives you as your fingers dip into the water.
Then bringing your whole hand so that it's underneath this healing water.
The pleasure that this water brings you is so wonderful that you simply feel drawn to having more.
Gathering some of the water in your right hand and splashing it onto your left forearm.
Gathering more water and covering your upper arm and shoulder with this water.
The moisture on your skin is glistening in the sunlight,
Similar to the way diamonds reflect light.
Then doing the same with your left hand,
Cupping the water and soaking your right arm with it.
The right shoulder.
Not only is this water so soothing,
But its appearance is stunning.
Cup both hands together and gather some of this glowing water in your hands.
This water that looks like shimmering diamonds.
Gather as much as you can,
Watching it slip through your fingers a little and spilling over the edges of your hand.
And this time bring the water to your mouth for a drink.
The water touches your lips and is sublime.
This water is heavenly.
It nourishes you.
It relaxes you.
Take another handful and drink some more.
Simply taking in the nurture and the nourishment that this water gives you.
And gathering one more handful to splash on your face.
The water seems to wash away all the worries you've ever carried in your facial expressions over the years.
Feeling how your face softens,
The muscles relax.
Your face feels at ease.
The worry and anxiety your face expresses is eased by the touch of this water.
Noticing how this makes you feel in your body.
Now finding somewhere near this fountain to relax.
You're seeing a special space that is just for you,
A space where you can sit or lay.
Enjoying the sunlight,
Enjoying the nature around you.
And as you're in this space you may hear a special message that is just for you,
That you're needing to hear.
Gently and kindly opening to anything you feel or hear.
And you can stay in this relaxed space for as long as you wish.
When you're ready to leave this space,
Taking a deep breath,
Feeling the weight of your body and the contact with the floor through your feet.
Or whatever surface you're in contact with.
Bring some movement into your body,
The fingers and toes.
Taking a deep breath and breathing out,
Opening your eyes.
Feeling you can return to this fountain any time you need some healing.
And as you're in this space,
Taking a deep breath and breathing out,
Opening your eyes.
And as you're in this space,
Taking a deep breath and breathing out,
Opening your eyes.
And as you're in this space,
Taking a deep breath and breathing out,
Opening your eyes.
And as you're in this space,
Taking a deep breath and breathing out,
Opening your eyes.
