There is a difference between Buddhist philosophy developed over 2.5k years, and much of the New Age BS found about. Silas Day presents the former, by looking at actual historical text (no gurus talking out of their $ grubbing head here), and helping people get to know the real philosophy. Excellent. I will now go back and re-listen to the chapter about being non-judgmental…
