My partner and I listened to this course together and found it very helpful! The fourth and fifth days were where we really experienced a powerful shift and moment of reconnection. We wrote down our responses to the journal prompts individually and then shared them with each other (another day, so we both had time to return to a more grounded state). It was moving and perspective-shifting to be able to understand more deeply how we each were simultaneously experiencing pain and inflicting pain upon each other!
