I know this probably sounds overly dramtic & exaggerated, but this has been a life-changing course for me! I have done many of your courses & all have been extremely helpful & I'm aware you explain similar ideas in different ways, presumably to offer different opportunities for those ideas to resonate with people, & the way you have explained things in this course absolutely resonated with me, I feel like I've 'got it'! It's been fascinating learning about my mind & has totally altered the way I view my mind, having always kind of hated it before for its unpleasant nagging anxious thinking which (I perceived) it dealt out to me & wishing I could find a way to stop it. But understanding it better & also being made aware of the benefits of it, has really made a difference.
