Each day includes a 15-minute teaching and a 15-minute guided meditation to support your healing and momentum.


Meet your Teacher

Mark Rowland is a meditation teacher, sound healing practitioner, and course creator based in the UK. With experience guiding others through emotional healing, mindfulness, and nervous system awareness, Mark offers grounded and compassionate support for those navigating self-doubt, overwhelm, and inner resistance. Drawing on personal experience and professional training, he gently reframes procrastination as a signal rather than a flaw, helping others return to a place of self-trust and aligned action. Mark shares his work through Insight Timer and live sound healing sessions, with a focus on creating safe, healing spaces for self-discovery.

You’ll learn how this “avoider” often holds fear, perfectionism, or even a younger version of yourself. Through teaching and meditation, we’ll meet this part with care, curiosity, and compassion, beginning the process of unfreezing inner resistance.

Small Steps, Soft Action: Moving Forward Without Force

In this final session, we’ll explore how to move forward in ways that are gentle, sustainable, and rooted in compassion. You’ll learn how to take action without pressure—by honouring your nervous system, breaking down tasks into safe micro-steps, and replacing perfectionism with presence. Today’s meditation will support you in visualising your next small, supported step toward change.
